As parents we have the awesome privilege of training up our child in the way she should go (When she is old she will not depart from it) Proverbs 22:6. We’ve been grooming our daughter for the ministry from a very young age.
We praise God that Cristi now ministers through her life, music and even preaching the Gospel.
Here’s Cristi’s testimony,
It’s a real blessing to be a missionary. It helps me to realize how blessed I am to have a house and loving parents.
Ed, my father, has taught me a lot of things the last 14 years.
He has taught me to be thankful for what I have, not to be selfish and to give. Because if you give you shall receive.
Going to do missions work in Mexico is a real blessing in my life because on Christmas when we go and give toys to the kids the smile that is on their face just makes me happy.
This is how I love to spend my Christmas… giving to the needy kids to given them a great Christmas. This make me a better person. Going and giving to the kids makes me a better person and there is nothing I wouldn’t do for these kids.
I never knew that I could love someone so much. When a little boy or girl gives their life to Christ it makes me so happy i want to cry.
I imagine God, if I cry when one little kid gives their life to Christ, imagine what God is doing when 3 or 4 or maybe even more kids give their life to Christ.
I love being a missionary because it touches my life and I have the privilege to give to others and share the Word of God.
