Titus 2 commands us to train up the younger men and women to walk in godliness. I believe strongly in mentoring and we’ve witnessed changed lives as a result of it.
For years now I’ve concentrated on raising up spiritual sons and daughters to do the ministry.
I make sure to take at least one of these persons I’m disciplining along with me on ministry trips. The purpose is two-fold:
- I invest in his/her life and teach them about character and how to minister for Christ.
- I never have to travel alone which is safer, smarter, and Biblical.
I’d like to highlight 4 changed lives from young disciples who are making a difference as a result of our mentoring.
