Globe Mexico Missions Agency- Misión Global
Our family has been in Mexico during June and July. Here’s some awesome reports from the mission field.
Our Globe Mexico missions conference which was a real success as mostly young people responded to God’s call to obey the great commission by going to another Country. Many Pastors also attended and received instructions on how to implement a viable missions program in their church. We were honored to have young people, pastors and leaders from some of the cities largest churches attending.
We praise God for all he did!
A major highlight was the announcement of Ahabael Lugo going out as our first official missionary intern to Globe Mission Germany. We prayed for her and started raising finances for her as participants made faith promises to partner with her for 6 months as she travels to Europe.
Another testimony; One family who attended felt God was calling them to go to another city and start a new work under our church planting network . They’ve already packed their bags and left.
That’s immediate, radical, costly OBEDIENCE.
Globe Mexico is a reality
We’re honored to have Josh Britnell and his family as part the Globe Mexico team. They will be working as administrators on the team. We finished off this months activities as Brad Thurston led us in 3 days of Globe Mexico Team meetings. Here’s some of the things we discussed:
- Our Mission is to make missions possible by making disciples, planting churches, and reaching least reached Nations and people groups. Matthew 28:18-20
- Our Purpose is to train, mobilize and serve Mexican missionaries and churches to reach the Nations
- Our Core Values are Faith, Mercy, Service, Integrity, Unity & Excellence.
Disciple making is the imperative in the great commission. Every week we receive awesome testimonies from our English-speaking disciple-making group as they share their testimony and stories from the Bible. A number of them are called to be missionaries, and we believe that God will be sending them from this group to the Nations. The Britnell’s will continue this ministry.
Prayer Requests:
- Pray for our family as we travel back from Mexico and then to Europe in October.
- Pray for me as hold a disciple making seminar in the new Globe International headquarters for our new missionary candidates. I’ll also be traveling back to Mexico in September.
Pray for Goer Ed - Cristi is homeschooling, translating and ministering in music. Please pray for God to raise her up as a servant leader who impacts Nations.
Financial Needs
- In May we started raising up much-needed personal financial support. So far we’ve reached a little over half of or $2500 monthly goal. We still need another $1225 a month.
- Travel expenses for our upcoming trips to Switzerland, Africa, Scotland and Mexico
