More than 2 thousand years ago, an angel appeared to shepherds tending their flocks outside of Bethlehem, bringing news of great joy: in the town of David, a savior had been born: the Messiah, the Lord.
We who have opened our hearts to Christ know that He is the reason for the season, this glorious season called Christmas. He has given us the greatest gift of all, the gift of salvation.
