So here are the nuts and bolts of (y)our ministry.

Our vision flows directly from God’s vision in Psalm 96:3:
“Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous works among all peoples!”
Our primary goal is simple:
To obey and fulfill what is on God’s heart through the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) by making disciples, multiplying leaders, and helping bring the Gospel to people who have never heard the name of Jesus.
I have served as a missionary with Globe International since 1989.
Globe International is a missionary sending agency with ministries and partnerships serving around the world.
Over the years, much of our ministry has focused on evangelism, disciple-making, leadership development, and church planting.
During our years serving in Mexico, God allowed us to help found and serve through Unanimous Ministries, which eventually grew to more than 200 churches and ministry works.
But over time, God broadened our vision beyond church planting alone.
Pioneering Gospel Hope in Hard-to-Reach Places
Today, our ministry focuses on pioneering Gospel hope in hard-to-reach places—serving unreached communities in Chiapas, Mexico and Southeast Asia through Gospel ministry, disciple-making, and compassionate care.
We believe people matter both spiritually and physically.
Following the example of Jesus, we seek to share the hope of the Gospel while also responding to real human needs with compassion and practical care.
Today our ministry operates through three connected layers of multiplication.
1. Equipping Believers Through God on Mission
Through God on Mission, we help believers discover that true fulfillment is found in joining God’s mission.
Many Christians love Jesus but feel uncertain about how to share their faith or live with greater purpose.
- Join God’s mission personally
- Walk in their identity as Christ’s ambassadors
- Make an eternal impact through disciple-making
We believe ordinary believers can become faithful ambassadors for Christ right where they live.
2. Strengthening Missionaries Through Globe International
My ongoing role with Globe International centers on disciple-making multiplication and strengthening mission efforts among spiritually receptive and underserved communities.
Much of my time is spent:
- Equipping missionaries and church planters
- Training and encouraging leaders
- Strengthening multiplication strategies
- Helping mobilize Gospel work among ripe harvest fields
- Serving communities through both spiritual ministry and compassionate care
I continue to serve actively in evangelism and personal disciple-making because multiplication begins with faithfully sharing Christ one life at a time.
3. Empowering Indigenous Leaders Among the Unreached
“It has always been my ambition to preach the gospel where Christ was not known.”
Romans 15:20
This conviction has increasingly led us toward spiritually hungry and unreached communities.
Rather than spending most of our energy trying to convince resistant people, we focus intentionally on ripe harvest fields—places where God is already opening doors and preparing hearts.
We work alongside indigenous and national leaders because local believers are often best positioned to reach their own people with the Gospel.
Our ministry model is built around multiplication:
Believers equipped ? Missionaries strengthened ? Indigenous leaders empowered ? Disciples multiplied
We do all of this so more people can hear the Gospel, become disciples of Jesus Christ, and grow into multiplying communities of faith.
