What is our strategy?
Our strategy is “Making Disciples, Planting Churches and Reaching Unreached Nations”.
This strategy is a means to accomplishing our /God’ vision. This doesn’t happen by accident. It’s not an automatic process. If we want to guarantee seeing souls saved and disciples made for Christ, then we need a plan—something strategic, specific, and scheduled. I want to answer some “What?” questions pertinent to our strategy:

What is our Vision?
Our vision is,
“Declare His Glory among the nations, His marvelous works among all the peoples!” Psalms 96:3
Here’s an excerpt from the page, Our/God’s vision
“My role is as a Director of Globe Mexico and of Disciple Making Movements with Globe International. “I’m a vital link between our 200 plus missionaries and our home offices as we seek to plant 5,000 churches among the unreached by the year 2025. Our end goal is within ten years 100 current UPGs will have a viable indigenous church that is strong enough to reach their own people.”
What We Do
Because we’re leaders with two teams, we travel extensively between Pensacola, FL and Chiapas Mexico (mostly during equipping and mobilizing events).
I’m the Globe International Director of Disciple Making Movements
In Mexico we have been blessed to plant many new churches. We are using what we’ve learned from this experience to assist Globe missionaries with disciple making, church planting, and impacting the World.
As a director, I provide the training and tools our missionaries need to do their very strategic grass-roots evangelism and disciple-making among unreached people groups where most have never even heard of Jesus!.
If we can see some of these key leaders began to reproduce disciples and churches in a radical way, it could completely change the direction of the World.
I’m the Executive Director of Globe Mexico
Misión Global (in Spanish) has already begun to send out missionaries from Mexico to unreached Nations. My part is to lead our team, actively equip and mobilize Mexican leaders, missionary candidates, and churches to go to and reach least reached Nations where it is harder for people from the USA to go to.
As I lead this missionary sending agency I have to be honest, though. ..sometimes it’s a little daunting to believe that Globe Mexico is a catalyst in the transformation of a once a receiving nation, into a sending, giving and going nation. Please pray for me.
Imagine becoming a part as Mexico transforms into one the most effective sending Countries to unreached peoples around the World.

WHAT? What is Our Strategy?
Our strategy is “Making Disciples, Planting Churches and Reaching Unreached Nations”.
We accomplish this strategy through Multiplication and Mobilization of new Christ followers, missionaries, and our ministry partners.
- I AM A MULTIPLIER – Our focus has always been on making disciples who multiply, planting churches that multiply, and equipping others to do the same.
- I AM A MOBILIZER – I focus on mobilizing people and their resources to the person and purposes of Jesus Christ.
We Multiply and Mobilize 3 groups of People:
1. Multiply and Mobilization of Goer– I spend much of my time training and equipping new and existing missionaries how to become better disciple makers who plant churches and reach nations. I equip goers and senders through new missionary candidate schools and orientations, disciple multiplication courses, teaching the perspectives course and facilitating various Simply Mobilizing courses such as Kairos. I also travel extensively to visit Globe’s Church planting missionaries on the field to provide encouragement and additional resources.
We mobilize (send) missionaries from the USA and from Mexico to ripe harvest fields in unreached nations
2. Multiplication of New Christ Followers – I’m very evangelistic and am an active soul winner. I personally concentrate on sharing the Gospel and wining lost people to Christ and turning them into disciples who make other disciples and plant churches.
I mobilize new disciples through our weekly disciple making small groups where they not only learn to follow Christ but to equip others to become disciple makers.
3. Multiplication of Ministry Partners- We are honored to give people like you who may not know how to win the lost to Christ or are not physically able to go to other nations the opportunity to become part of our ministry team. I desire to help you grow as a disciple maker and World changer,
You may not realize it, but we have two different responsibilities; to minister to the people we go to, and to serve and mobilize you, as you send us. We seek to equip you, our partner, and help you obtain a greater meaning in life:
What is our plan?
We have a 3 Step plan to obey Christ’s great commission and help you make a difference in the World.
This plan is also Globe Internationals motto. It’s called,
“Training, Sending, Serving”
Basically, it puts our strategy of “making disciples, planting churches, and reaching nations” into action through multiplication and mobilization.
- Training- Through Candidate schools, perspectives, Kairos courses and disciple making workshops we teach all of our missionaries to make disciples. And if we make disciples like Jesus did, church will happen!
- Sending- We mobilize missionaries from the USA and Mexico. Our Misión Global Goer sending agency based in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, México has a goal to reach Mexicans who in turn will reach people groups that Americans have difficulty reaching.
- Serving- Our family not only serves missionaries and foreign leaders. We serve you! Since not everyone knows how to make disciples we can help you. If you do not have the time nor the means to physically go to other Nations we can do that for you.
